By purchasing or using the Herwritten journal (the "Service," available at herwritten.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the Service.
Herwritten is a digital, personalized 30-day (plus bonus scenes) journaling experience delivered as a web-based tool. It is not a licensed therapeutic, medical, or mental health product, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. See Section 8.
Because your journal is personalized and delivered digitally — with your name written inside it — all sales are final once it has been delivered. There are no refunds after your personalized journal link has been sent. This policy is also stated on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use your personalized journal for your own individual use. Your journal is created specifically for you — it is not licensed for resale, redistribution, or sharing of the access link with others.
The Service does not require an account, login, or subscription. Access is through the personalized link sent to your email after purchase. Keep that link and your exported files safe — if you lose access to the email account you used, contact us at herwritten@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee recovery of lost entries.
Herwritten is a self-reflection and journaling tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and nothing in the Service should be treated as professional mental health advice. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
All content, design, scene text, and branding associated with Herwritten (excluding what you personally write inside your journal) are the property of Herwritten and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herwritten is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of journal entries due to browser data being cleared, device changes, or failure to export.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without naming a specific jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be determined by standard conflict-of-law principles at that time.
